Want to work for Essex River Basin Adventures?The ERBA Guide Training Program is our in-house course designed to train new potential ERBA guides. The course itself, consisting of six weeks of professional instruction, covers soup-to-nuts sea kayaking skills with an overall central focus on guiding and leading trips with ERBA. No experience is necessary to enter the course. We teach all you need to know.
A free guide training informational meeting will be held at 1pm Saturday April 21st. Those who attend will have the opportunity to ask questions, meet with staff, and learn about ERBA and the course itself.

The majority of guide training will be held on the water. We meet on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings. An additional day each week will be provided as an optional practice session in which students and instructors will go on an exploratory paddle.
