Cancellations

This is a water sport! We operate 7 days a week, rain or shine. No rainy day refunds. If you must cancel your trip or reduce the number of boats in your tour, let us know by 10:00am at least 3 days in advance and all money will be refunded. ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE VERBAL AND MADE VIA A PHONE CALL. Email is NOT an acceptable form of communication for cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip in the event of high winds or thunder and lighting. You will receive a full refund or you may apply it towards another tour.
